Don't juggle books by their covers!
How many flavors of bailouts are there? We probably forget that rich people's Silicone Valley bank, there are so many bailouts. As food safety goes, man, the wrong people are in office. But, before and then when disaster strikes, the conservatives will be all like:
2/2 Thanos is back, bay-bee! He is gonna be flying the friendly skies of New York City operating his sky taxi service! (Weird theme between these two comic book panels)
1/2 Calling it now! This partial shot of a yellow helicopter from the upcoming Spider-Man movie can only mean one thing:
Exactly. Who among us hears "don't forget to turn your clocks back" "sleep in on Sunday" and gets angry? Losing an hour of sleep only to live a 6 month long lie seems like just more cruelty Now are teachers gonna teach: "Sundails used to be more accurate"? High Noon More like Skewed Noon
I disagree with the notion that the original story was bad or boring That story is just simple, Silver Age, superhero comic scifi Kids reading it would have flipped their tiny lids. For those who hate it, it has been ridiculed and parodied plenty once our generation started doing parodies
DumbDay #539 extra, from one of the vaults, back before the event in 2018 that led to today If Obama was for it, Trump is against it, like the (Groucho)Marxist he is.
DumbDay #536 An update from the fine, feathered anchorbirds at Both Sides News Hmmm.🤨
Well, his is on his back and he is a turtle. So, speed ain't ever happening
He is probably making more $$$ now than he ever has So if he can be cruel and continue to complain while destroying the law, he will stay in the kitchen Help us all
I could see him being a mole. But, before he dropped out (suspended campaign) It was announced that the GOP is gonna spend at least an extra $8 million on the race Also, reportedly, Collins felt comfortable with him as opponent because of his crappy choices Now, she is reportedly worried Also
I honestly don't know a lot about him. But, while he shares some positions with other politicians and got Sanders' endorsement, I didn't lump him with other Democrats of any stripe I also find it difficult to believe he was the only New Englander who ran with those positions. Also that 'stache!🙄
Bah I should have phrased that differently I used to rant about Davis for his factory system Reading stuff like him needing to sometimes do a reference check to properly drawn his own creations on model like workers draw them still raises my ire But, I move on cuz my Garf model is also based on:
Doomsday… No. That should be: DumbDay #534 No more meetings because of the meeting of understanding to have more meetings War… until further notice.
Glad I found this photo again before your reply was too far down I used to razz Jim about his factory. I stopped when I realized, a lot of talented people were working because if his company (which he sold eventually) That aspect should be commended. But, Garf? Gonna razz him and his circle!
DumbDay #533 A Classic™️ from the Vault. If only it was simply a staring contest
DumbDay #532 extra Before the fireworks ash settled upon the still water's surface... Fortunately, he didn't get arrested after getting sick (no one would noticed the sick from the green!)
DumbDay #532 The man rambles and rants even while filling his stomach. Monday
DumbDay #531 extra extra Now, we can't judge these four candidates at face value because of the hood one is wearing. As far as we know, it is a diverse pool of candidates and not just four white guys
Sunday sketches. If you know the the comic "Family Circus," you know the Sunday comics gag with Billy and his dotted line that showed he shows Billy does not do short distances Here, Billy looks more like Sluggo from "Nancy," but he strolls by other strip characters Bleh
DumbDay #531 For the holiday weekend: an extra Uncle Sam cartoon for the occasion of the occasion 1/2
DumbDay #531 Goofus and Gallant We need more gallantry and fewer [redacted] Baby cages 1/2
2/2 Or they will demand that a Republican be appointed, especially his wife, Elaine Chao, former Cabinet Secretary of Labor and of Transportation under W. And Trumps, respectively. Also, she is rich. Let us hope we see Mitch get back to his anti- bipartisan fighting form soon!
A classic McConnell move would be to be on life support from now until the next session of Congress - Jan 3, 2027. So the Governor of KY, Kentucky, not the lube- who is a Democrat can't temp appoint a Democrat before November's election. So the election will choose whomever will replace Mitch.
