I called out a brewery for this. They literally used AI to generate a picture of a beer and cards. Like, do you really feel like you can't just take a pic of your artfully hand-crafted brew and a random stack of jank? Weezer's The Gathering poster is all we want.

So, with the exception of the new card type “Battle”, which isn’t in standard anymore, and a couple new subtypes of enchantments, there’s not much in the core competitive rules that is different from two years ago. Did you play using each of the steps that should happen during each player’s turn?

I heard a rumor that someone out there loves Hollow One so much, they made a DanDan variant called Hollow-Hollow.

Opposition, a Magic the Gathering card. Finally got a profitable sale in the day job! Most of the time people want my service, fast and cheap. Fine, but good may not be achievable. Good, fast, and cheap is a myth; can’t have all three. It is very refreshing to have some clients that want good work fast, and accepts it won’t be cheap.

Dinner time, y’all: Seared Country Short Ribs to be shallow braised with garlic and shallots deglazed with red wine made into a delicious pan sauce

A pork short rib, salted, and seared in olive oil. The Mayard reaction is evident by the color, and that they stick to the pan, only lifting away from the pan when ready.
