Yes, after 16 months we finished the workshop apt on the upper lot. 3 70’s and one 80’s was the whole work crew and a heavy dose of Youtube to figure out the plumbing vents.

I could tell you didn’t ride cause the beard wasn’t wind fluffed. Our taxes we due 2 days ago, but I have to come up with 5,800 in property taxes by the end of the month. I live in an expensive state (washington) I pay over double than what I paid in Ohio…….but definitely a trade up.
