The East Greenwich Town Council is looking at a potential 7+% tax increase for the 2027 tax year. This is the first year we will begin paying back the $150M school construction project bond.

This candidate for RI governor apparently didn't follow any of the budget meetings from years past. The tax increase due to the $150M school bond repayments were known and discussed. His own party locally thought the amount should be higher than $150M.

We put our 15 yr old lab down on Monday and our 9 yr border collie wouldn't eat. I typically feed them in order of age so the oldest got food first. I realized that the Collie was waiting to be fed second so now I have to pretend to feed our lab and then feed the Collie in order to get him to eat.

We put our beautiful girl down on Monday. She was 14-15 yrs old (adopted in 2012) and looked gorgeous to the end. It's the passing of an era. She was my kids' teenage years dog. I just needed to share her pic one more time.

What does Rhode Island Department of environmental Management actually manage? At the Hopkins Hill Sand and gravel which is DEM owned property, trucks are in and out all day long from Vinagro. I've never seen a DEM official here to verify what they're dumping in the middle of a DEM owned property.
