They germinated in slightly less than two full days, and here they are, at less than three full days, looking like baby arugula plants. Not sure that's ever happened before!

Pinetree seeds, Ceres winter squash, 15 seeds planted 5/7/26, have 9 to plant outside in a couple weeks. This year I'm planting fewer things in the indoor greenhouse, but trying to take better care of them. Gardening is forever a learning process!

My pup Bruno (left) lost his family in an ICE raid in November, along with several other dogs. I'm glad he landed w/me, but my heart breaks for his family, especially the kids. I can't even deal with the sadness some days.
Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies from "The Cookie School" cookbook. This is 1/4 of the recipe, the rest is in the freezer for cookie emergencies. 😀
