Made a small script with `alerter` and Claude Code hooks to trigger notifications that take me to the exact tmux session → window → pane when clicking it. Now I just want for prompts as opposed to monitor them manually (or completely forget about them and be annoyed).
Built a handy little tool that parses through all Claude Code instances within tmux sessions and list them by title (last prompt). You can fuzzy search entries and click to go to its exact session → window → pane. Useful if you want to run multiple agents simultaneously.
