Vegetable garden update: Tomatoes, beans, peppers, eggplant, squash all producing daily. Marigolds providing entertainment.
It’s been an eventful three weeks. I was lucky enough to escape the smoke in the valley with a couple days of retreat in the Waldo Lake Wilderness.
A Sunday morning well spent. Deep cleaning some recent used vinyl acquisitions.
Garden progress June 16. Right after this photo was taken a hummingbird flew right up to my head, may have licked the sweat off my hat, and then hovered in front of my face about a foot away making eye contact and then fluttering away 🐦⬛
I’ve just returned from a three week musical adventure with Robert Fripp and The Orchestra of Crafty Guitarists and a four date tour with the Electric Radius ensemble. More on the lessons learned from this experience in the weeks, months, and years to come. But for now I just want to say Thank You!
I’m definitely not in gardening shape but getting there real fast.
A Blessing of Tears is my favorite of Robert Fripp’s Soundscapes albums. It’s difficult to believe it’s now over 30(!) years old.

Plugging back in after two weeks in Italy. The first was spent preparing for and playing in the Orchestra of Crafty Guitarists performance in Castione d. Presolana. The second week: four full days exploring the Venetian lagoon.
I spent a wonderful day on the slopes of Willamette Pass with my love to close out 2024.
