The danger of advice from hate groups. (No. 647) I have been reading the recent advice document from trans-hate groups the LGB Alliance. Much of it is quite sensible. It quotes the relevant law and then talks about employers balancing rights. And then I spotted this paragraph:

My grandfather (3rd from left front row) Sgt Alfred White MM. Jan ‘45. He fought in Caen, Hill 112, the Bocage, the Falaise pocket, Amiens, Antwerp, the Bulge, across Northern Germany and helped liberate Belsen. The thought that we might vote in a group of fascists in the UK is simply appalling.
A light in the darkness - EHRC draft Code says WI amd Girl Guides CAN lawfully choose to admit trans women / girls. Since the FWS Supreme Court judgment, we have seen multiple attempts to ban trans women and girls from womens clubs and association. The most prominent have been the WI and the GG.

Hampstead Ponds - are you a trans user? I am working with a trans-supporting organisation likely to apply to intervene in the Hampstead Ponds case to ensure that trans and trans supportive voices are heard in the High Court. Trans men would be particular welcome.
