I had the dreamiest day ever! I met my irl ARMY friend for breakfast, then I got my tattoo, and then we went for lunch at a lovely Vietnamese place 😍

We had dinner in the garden for the first time this year 🥹

I wore my alo shorts to the gym for the first time today, and omg, I love them so much! Not only is the colour super cute, but they're also super light and airy, which is perfect for the hot weather.

I'm honestly so shocked at the progress I've made at the gym this year. When I first started, I trained to stay lean & didn't fuel properly, but over time, I've realised that my body is a powerhouse and that the heavier I lift, the more powerful I become.
