safari week shiny #2 is my main Johto target, larvitar in soulsilver! found it in literally 5 encounters??? it was the first larvitar I found on this file this year, and I was just checking to make sure it was still set up right LMAO fled after 2 balls, it was a blessing just to see it 🫡

yooooo the new tcg pocket set has another reused art from the gameboy! the attack is similar to the original's second attack, which was originally translated as "Dancing Embers". that attack does 8 coinflips for 10 damage each, rather than 9 for 20
splurged a bit on a cute new backpack! I don't have to worry about my pins falling off anymore! I might get a different liner for that compartment that can hold buttons, I miss the elincia buttons
9. Super Mario Galaxy 2 this was actually my first-ever 3D mario game, but i never beat it when it was new. the movie made me wanna finally go finish the fight, so i did! i like the levels more than smg1, but the game really needs more rosalina. scratches an itch either way. pushing for 100% now!

one of the judges at indy saw my micaiah cipher pin on my backpack, and we talked for like 20 minutes about our collections. it was awesome
back home after a great trip to indianapolis and chicago!!! had a lot of fun doing regionals and the fossil museum. excited to see folks at naic in just over a week!!
3-4-drop at indianapolis regionals! pretty happy with that for my second ever regional, especially since I started the day 0-3 LOL
