Fleabane, which I have been told by an Italian, is invasive in Italy. Came over as ballast from North America. The bees don't seem to visit it, but other insects do.🌱

Red currants. I notice the blackbirds like these.🌱

Red currants collected in a metal colander so any small bugs can escape. Some thin green stems, where the berries grew, are curled across the top of the collected currants along with one small green leaf on the right.

#RockinTuesday rocks under the trees. Thunder in the early morning, and Lilly the calf-sized dog has decided that barking at the storm will frighten it away. This is a positive development for a once terrified canine.
