Here's the picture to clarify the logic behind the Kennel Club owning large estates.

25: while dropping off my spring reading I picked up a book I've seen fly past #booksky. Took it on holiday and am now hooked on the series. So second hand books sell new books too. Firstly because I'll be reading more by this author, and also because I got a fancy edition as a gift for a friend.

Second hand copy of Rivers of London by Ben Aaronovitch with its gorgeous black (illustrated map) & red (title & Thames) cover sitting on top of a gift-wrapped fancy version of the book with sprayed edges, the kind of thing I am a sucker for.

It's a European Bison beer! They look like buffalo from that angle, but here they are showing off their remarkable length to width ratio.

Planning low-traffic and scenic bike trips in the Netherlands is easy, map a route using the node system, make a list of the numbers and follow the signs:

Happy #caturday! Presenting our newest asset obtained from the animal shelter. He's settling in nicely, and we are still looking for a name that truly sticks.... He's inspected every cupboard and drawer, as one does.

European Bison would probably have gone extinct long ago had hunting them not been made the sport of kings... Double edged highlight of cycling through Tiergarten. Himmel uber Berlin in the background.

Travelled to Berlin by train followed by two straight days of cycling the city. Amazing how a few 'Fahrradstrassen' and river side paths make a large city like this a pleasure to navigate! Hit all the top spots. Room for improvement but a step change from last time I visited. #bikesky over Berlin.
