Our hearts are with the people of Venezuela following the devastating earthquakes. We’ve compiled a list of trusted organizations providing emergency relief. If you’re able, please consider donating to support families with medical care, food, shelter, and other essential needs. 🇻🇪

We stand in solidarity with all those affected. Financial donations to established relief organizations are one of the most effective ways to support humanitarian efforts. Five organizations are listed:

International Rescue Committee: Provides humanitarian assistance including healthcare, food support, and educational opportunities. Donations enable the IRC to expand access to essential services and scale programs throughout Venezuela.

International Medical Corps: Delivers emergency medical care, health education, and disaster response services. Funding supports deployment of additional medical personnel, supplies, and resources.

Doctors Without Borders: Supplying emergency trauma kits and medical resources to hospitals in Caracas. Donations help sustain emergency medical operations and ensure access to quality healthcare.

Save the Children: Provides food, clean water, shelter, healthcare, and educational support for children and families, and combats malnutrition. Contributions support immediate relief and long-term recovery.

Corus International: Combines humanitarian aid with technology-driven solutions. Areas of support include emergency shelter, cash assistance, WASH services, prevention of violence against women and girls, and disaster risk reduction. Funding supports immediate response and long-term community recovery.

#Juneteenth is almost here! We’re sharing a calendar of Juneteenth events happening across Boston this week. Observed annually on June 19, Juneteenth commemorates the day enslaved people in Galveston, Texas learned of their freedom more than two years after emancipation.
