Board Bill 22 is officially law! 📜 Allocating the Rams settlement represents the a significant investment in St. Louis' future. I'm excited to keep working to make sure it's only the beginning.

On August 4th, residents will have the opportunity to vote on Proposition M. Prop M was introduced by Ald. Devoti and passed by the Board of Aldermen last session. In short, it amends the City charter, which dates back to 1914, by modernizing the language to better reflect today's realities. (1/3)

Another incredible year at the Grand Pride Parade! 🏳️‍🌈 We can talk all day about how welcoming St. Louis is, but nothing compares to seeing it firsthand. It's such a joy to see our city come together to celebrate what makes us special. I’m already looking forward to next year!

Today, we passed Board Bill 1—the City’s annual operating budget. This year, we ensured that departments received the funding necessary to provide the everyday services residents rely on. And we increased City worker pay to make sure we're supporting the people who do that critical work. (1/3)

This morning, the BOA perfected BB25, sponsored by Ald. Browning, raising water rates. The increases would take place over the next several years. The Water Division anticipates the funds raised will help them address overdue infrastructure upgrades. Use the link in my bio to read the full bill.

Yesterday, the HUDZ Committee unanimously passed the Rams bill. We approved nine amendments, ranging from minor edits to major fund reallocations. I’ve outlined the biggest changes here. Use the link in my bio to read the full bill. The bill will be debated by the full BOA on Thursday, June 18.
