The show ran from July 19th to the 21st 1997 (so this might be a day off due to time zone differences), almost 8 months after the first game. It ended up leading to over 65 Sakura Wars stage performances spanning the past 29 years across different revues!

🎉 | 29 years ago today, the first ever Sakura Wars Kayou Show "Ai Yueni" closed its curtains after a 3 day run with a total of 5 performances! While pretty lowscale compared to what came after, it was the flicker that started a cultural phenomenon changing the landscape of Japanese theater forever!
