That's more like it. 3D models work a lot better. Even have some light behind them.
You could put it in that genre. Items are very important to the game. For example, body temperature. If the player get too cold, you die. If they get to hot, you die. So finding a coat is very important. But you could also find a CD player, and all it does is play an album during that run. *wip
I finally got around to working on a maze game. It's the whole liminal, dreamscape thing. But there's twist. Every 60 seconds you dimensionally SHIFT to a new maze. - Collect items to survive - Exploration - Entities - Lot's of places. *Cover is a work in progress. #indiegamedev #gamedev

Our game dev group held our first showcase yesterday and the turn out was awesome. One moment, I'm trying to fix my PVM and the next I can't walk across the room. Thank you to everyone who came out and supported the event!

What the hell are they feeding this toys? The package is damaged so I'm tempted to open it and using it as a drawing tool. But.. I could give it away?
If you're not aware. A new engine for the Mega Drive is on the horizon. Based on GBStudio. So I'm concepting some ideas. I'm hoping to spend some time figuring out the look of 90s SEGA games.
I'm kind of wondering if this would make a fun Sega Master System game? Side scrolling beat'em up, but all guns. Would love to figure out a way to reuse these sprites.

Just a fun update, but I released a Beta PC version: saltandpixel.itch.io/annihilator - the current version just launches into the game. But I'm working on the features. This could be a nice little "all in one" package. Game Boy Color on your PC.
I've been sitting on this, but I realized I had a Steam app credit I could use and it's a really fast turn around. ANNIHILATOR (GBC) for PC. Keyboard and Game Pad controls are working. Maybe a beta release for now, on itch?
