This was a VERY old recipe I found on Bluesky that looked worth trying LOL I added a lot of seasonings it didn’t call for as it was too bland for me as is but I love lots of spices. I think I added seasoning salt, white pepper, garlic powder, significant cayenne and a little paprika by the end.
My birthday was today. While my family is already in New Mexico while I wait for our house to sell in North Carolina, I decided to spend the day shopping and finished it off with a home made steak dinner and a coffee mug of red wine (since my wine glasses are packed) Cheers to low key birthdays 🎂
