So we started out with the flour tortilla taco and then went to the corn tortillas. Our last taco Larry added a little coleslaw. All were delicious. That hot sauce was made from a downtown seafood restaurant. We’ve got to find that place and get more.

Turning the HOT marinated thighs. Larry is a dry rub chef but this sauce demanded a marinade.

When putting the chicken on the grill the hot sauce set off a fragrant blast that stung your eyes.

Barbecue tacos dinner started at Larry’s! Low flame, long-smoked chicken thighs in a searing hot sauce. With a pineapple salsa. Here is how it started.
