Portland City Council will finalize its decision to uphold a Design Commission approval of the Lloyd Center Master Plan next Wednesday, denying appeals filed by Save Lloyd advocates.
The project overview said the budget for the park is $5 million, which will come from Portland Parks & Rec SDCs. The website also has a rough timeline for when construction will begin:

KKR Real Estate Finance Trust is continuing to work on the entitlement process for its Lloyd Center redevelopment plan. Investors on an earnings call this morning said the entitlement process should wrap up in the first half of 2026.
Plans to redevelop the Centennial Mills site appear to be moving forward with a design review hearing scheduled for mid-September. Redevelopment of the site would include three mixed-use buildings and an extension of the riverfront greenway trail. www.bizjournals.com/portland/new...
