A slightly tough parkrun today for me at Lingwood parkrun but so glad I went back! First time I ran here it was extremely muddy so it was quite a change for it to be totally dry! #parkrun

Boots on for a 9 mile disused railway walk along the Mawddach Trail today including a refreshment break at George III at Penmaenpool!

New station time! Today I got the first train from Cambridge to Cambridge South at 6.31am! Absolutely great day, met some lovely people and a video to be made!

Coldham's Common parkrun isn't as cool as it's name may suggest today! My hottest parkrun yet and didn't I know it! Took it easy with plenty of walking breaks and sucked on my water bottle so hard at the end the cap came off. All good training though! Looking forward to next week's run!

It was so hot at Brundall parkrun today that they were dishing out ice pops at the end! One of my slowest parkruns ever but far better to go slower and take a few walking breaks than collapse due to the heat 🥵 #parkrun

At home this week for my 27th parkrun! To my utter surprise I got a new parkrun PB! Both shocked and delighted! #parkrun

And just like that another filming trip is over! Explored a lot of stations over the last couple of days (lots of rain yesterday!) and now on the way back to good old Norwich!

Got absolutely drenched at Sandhurst Memorial parkrun today! Giving my 25th parkrun t-shirt its debut! It was a tough one what with the rain obscuring my vision but I'm still glad to have got out there and done it! #parkrun

25th parkrun? Done it! It was hot, sweaty & a difficult run today but I'm so proud of my achievement. Having started back in November I don't think I ever imagined getting to this stage. I love it so much! Special thanks to the little parkrun group who keep me going (you know who you are!). #parkrun

Norwich parkrun was a hot one today so I struggled but I got out there and did it so I feel a distinct sense of accomplishment anyway! #parkrun

This morning was for parkrun and this afternoon was for trains! Including finding this old permit to travel machine at Cressing and rounding off the day with a hot chocolate at Ipswich!

Got my first race bib and finishers medal today at the Run for Wildlife 5k at Banham Zoo! Didn't realise one leg of my shorts had ridden up! Chip time of 38.24 which is 31 seconds quicker than my parkrun PB. Final picture is me summoning my energy before heading to the finish line!

Absolutely buzzing after today's parkrun! It was another warm one but I managed a PB! Finally got a sub-39 time (38:55 for anyone interested). Also a super classy toilet selfie to show off my brand new shorts! #parkrun

It's parkrun day! Today was a struggle for some reason but I got out there and did it which is the most important thing of all! No matter what your finish time a run is a run and you're doing brilliantly for getting out there and doing it! #parkrun

Couldn't make it to parkrun this week so I did a little Sunday morning SarahRun instead (forgot to make myself a little sign this time!). Eaton Park is so pretty now that spring has well and truly sprung and I have new leggings to match the season!

Another Saturday another parkrun! Struggled a little at first (I definitely find off road tougher) but scraped a new PB! The rain held off for most of the run but then picked up while I was waiting for the bus! #parkrun

When the wind was blowing I somewhat regretted choosing to walk across High Level Bridge in Newcastle but the view was worth it!

Been out and run my first 10k in about 4 or 5 years. It was raining, windy and I was slower than I'd like but I did it! Onwards and upwards from here! #running
