You've probably also noticed that Abby's wearing a different costume in each of these, and not her regular default(s) either. Picking a theme/keyword and filtering the bondage through ideas tied to those themes/keywords is super helpful in coming up with new ideas that don't feel stale.
There's also the short animation, where some form of "context" (via the story) allows the DID/BDSM to feel unique, even if the format (Abby stumbles into trouble, the trouble is usually Nabby/the Goonettes, insert horny here, credits) is largely the same
Something new I've started playing with are "story loops," where the submissive starts in a bound (or, in this case, enslaved) introductory state, is aroused to a climax, is allowed to rest, and the story then loops back around to restart.
So, for starters, you know my bread and butter. Game Overs are great because they're one "struggle loop" leading into another struggle loop. Adding a slow acting change introduces tension for the sub in danger, and, of course, being NSFW means you can introduce non-lethal fail/end states, too.
