It's hot. 3000-all-time-temperature-records-broken-this-year-alone hot. This year might even dethrone 2024 as the hottest on record. Drink all the water you want (really, do!) but extreme heat is not deterred by personal solutions... because it isn't a personal problem. It's a public policy one.

Ohh, baby love. A pregnant Black woman receives early treatment for dangerously high blood pressure because her local clinic knew from National Vital Statistics System (NVSS) data that this condition is more likely among Black women and provided her with an at-home blood pressure kit.
