😅 accidentally read the whole book I bought for my flight before the flight. Great read by the way - some really mind melting stuff. Super well written but I can’t quite recall the passages… it’s probably fine. Highly recommend if you like sci fi, and the paranormal!

There is no AntiMemetics division by QNTM - super delightful and weird read. SCP foundation, control, x-files all wrapped up in one.

Might be starting to get a handle on this whole bread thing…

A French country loaf I baked today!
454 g bread flour
9g salt
5g yeast
320g water at 82 degrees
Cornmeal on bottom for paddle transfer to oven.
Hand mixed, 1 hour proof, 1 hour second proof.
450 bake for 25 mins, first 10 minutes under a stainless steel bowl.
Pre-heated baking stone 39m before bake time.

I recently learned about the Gell-Mann Amnesia Effect - where someone will read an article about something they know a great deal about and be struck by the inaccuracies, but then happily read the next article as factual. "Yeah dude, AI is great! But I do have to correct it when coding stuff"
