Good job. I'm going to try and get in my first 10 mile bike since the knee surgery whenever my sister comes to pick up her dog that I've been watching for 2 weeks. Hopefully sooner than later with this heat but they're flying in from Germany i think mid morning

I like Asics but they're not the most durable. My Brooks last longer. Also my wife got a nice bull city running shirt for me at packet pickup which is super comfortable

Nice run. My wife had the same comments, a little too warm and muggy but it was a fun day. My running shoes came in today for when I can start running in a couple weeks. They're right up your alley I think
