For one of the first times in almost four years of dating I got to make a full meal for my girlfriend. Cooking is part of my love language.

Living up the "Take up space" portion of the affirmation at Panera today. As I get focused & work.

The new "food pyramid" from the dumbass wants to kill us all RFK, where it's upside down and stresses that meats are a priority alongside vegetables/fruits, dairy, and is supposed to "end the war on saturated fats" which is absolute utter bad science nonsense, per usual.

The first teaching program semester was rough, stressful, broke me a few times (one massive emotional breakdown) leading me to accept a Zoloft suggestion from my doctor & thankfully leap into therapy (I love it!). It was all worth it though. The final semester starts in 3 weeks...I got this!

There is an A- grade for EDSP 225 Assessment and Evaluation for Mild and Moderate Support. It's followed by EDSP 229 which is C&I Strategies for Students with Mild/Moderate Supports where I got an A grade. Then EDSP 292 which is Teaching English Language with Disabilities has an A grade as well. Next is EDSP 314 Math C&I For Diverse Learners where I also got an A. Lastly there is the EDSP 471 Mild and Moderate Support Needs Field Experience class where I got CR which stands for Credit as it's not a graded course.
