Definitely not! That’s a partial seam quilt block!

Picture of a quilt block with 5 pieces of fabric; 4 blue and one green. The blue pieces are 2x” by x” rectangle and the green piece is a x” square. The finished block has the blue fabric surrounding the green. To sew this together, you use a technique called partial seam.

This is my American Wild Mint, mentha canadensis, in bloom. I bought a small bundle of this plant 3 years ago from the Wild Seed Project wildseedproject.net. My patch is now about 10’x3’ . The pollinators go wild for this stuff! #Maine #gardening #nativeplants
