The St Martin's Window at St Martin, Coney Street. A 15th-century stained glass window dedicated to St Martin of Tours. It survived the bombing of the church in WWII because it was taken down for safekeeping in 1940. #York
Found the little admiral in St Martins, Coney Street. Restored but fragile, a replica is being created to return atop the clock outside. #York

The Blue Boar in Castlegate, #York. Local legend has it that Dick Turpin was taken to the cellar of the Blue Boar Inn in Castlegate following his execution in 1739 where the landlord charged a penny to view the body.
Found a pub! The Hogshead, formerly The Flag and Whistle, built in 1982 on the site of Earswick railway station, which is on the dismantled York to Beverley line, to serve the nearby 'dry’ village of New Earswick (the pub is just over the border in the neighbouring parish of Huntington). #York
