Today was tough. We printed out photos of our 2 recently passed dogs we had shared from our phones and as a family chose our favourites to put in a photo book. A really rewarding part of the healing process. Muffin and Binky we love you very much #dogs

So stil got blood clots on the lungs which means the right side of my heart is having to work harder, hence the ongoing dizziness. Good news is heart is in good health apart from that and the lungs should clear. In the meantime the woodland air really helps #woods #forestbathing
