From the 1857 U.S. Supreme Court ruling denying Black people U.S. citizenship, to the Trump administration's attempt to end #BirthrightCitizenship. They want to decide who belongs in America. But we refuse to be erased.
Today, the SCOTUS rejected the Trump administration’s attempt to end birthright citizenship. This attack on our families and constitutional rights should never have gone this far, but working people spoke up and refused to back down. This is worker power.
