Uh-oh. Just spotted that they've cast these two as, respectively, C3PO and Obi-Wan Kenobi.
It's a reasonable point, although the apparent candidates for the job - Kinnock and Bryant (who got NI anyway) - aren't noted pro-devolutionists. And his first tweet in post wasn't the greatest start in that respect. But, yes, Welsh devolution has aped UK governance in being too capital-centric.

This comment betrays the complete incoherence at the top of Welsh rugby. The 'optimal solution' talked about cohesion, about having access to players. RCK recently talked about the difficulty Tandy had in arranging a get-together with players. Yet, simultaneously, they're better off in Gloucester.
