Right. Had dinner and caught a lacrosse game and now back to it. Drained er up and will bottle our gold for my most deserving friend.

Then caught a Sr Bellies game at Queens Park.

Bones go into the tock pot and here they'll simmer on low for about 4ish hrs.

Bones are good to go too.

Veggies are done now so time to strain.

While the pressure cooker is going its time to roast some bones. I'll do 2 racks of these.

Pepper corns and some bay leaves and I'll see you in about an hr.

Then comes the kale and parsley. Like, a ton of it and water.

I want to get some color on these sou time to saute.

First up, gonna make some veggy broth. Its carrots, onions, celery and garlic in the pressure cooker.
