Got a Christmas cactus as gift a few years ago. I watered it sparingly & otherwise ignored it. Got a few blooms every year, but it mostly just looked crispy & pathetic. Recently I read that Christmas cactus is not an actual cactus, but a tropical plant! So I started watering every few days and look!

When I'm working on a new piece of art, I often do a layout in Word with the colors and shapes I want and then save it to my google drive for easy reference when I'm buying thread. I'm about ready to start putting together a piece so I pulled up the doc to follow the layout I designed and ... oh no.

My favorite restaurant on the OBX has resident ospreys, grows its own produce, and tells you who caught your dinner.
