This week's stats. MOST of the walk distance is incline of 12 to 15 at 3 to 3.5mph. The biking is just to and from work but there's some hefty hills. Also the walk is probably about 4 miles more. I deleted last Sunday's in prep for tomorrow.

I bought this used for 400 in 2008 for use with my college roommates. 3 haul trips under its belt. Its finally going to the junkyard. It served us well.

Biked from Mineola to the dog park in Council Bluffs and met this dog before the ride back.

Diff dog park. Other person there had some pushy bully breeds and husky. They didn't start a fight with Hiyori and Ashi but when another dog came along that wouldn't put up with it they did so they left

Got bike fixed up so back to biking to work. Derailer fixed, so much easier. Got up to 30mph on the big downhill.

Post dogpark and pupcup, then clips from Hiyori's first trip and Ashi's second. Hiyori is obsessed with strange dogs so I was afraid she would start a fight but she mostly just didn't know what to do and ran around whining. And last time Ashi just kept trying to get me to pick her up cuz scawy

Those last two increases are the two hills between town and home. I could never get up them on my bike as a kid. First time ever.

Treadmill session

Got bored, loaded up the new bike and rode from Mineola to Silver City and back on Wabash Trace Nature Trail. Maybe next time I will do it with more forethought considering I spent 2 hours and 15 min on the treadmill this morning too.
