I am not too proud to borrow a family member's cat in a craven attempt to curry favor with the catocracy.

A domestic cat named Marbles, who is uniformly gray from head to base of tail; tail then gradates darker to the tip. Cat is in the loaf position, eyes half-closed, ears up but not especially alert; sitting on the back of a sofa against a plain cream-colored wall.
