My 12 year old granddaughter went to see The Boss last night. A friend invited her. She really didn't know his music, but she knows Bruce is a long time idol of mine. 40 years ago, my first Springsteen concert, Newcastle England. She said (after 3.5 hours) How is this guy still going?!♥️

I made this meal for 3 with meat on sale (going out of date), store brand cheap AF frozen mixed veggies, onion, and bulgogi sauce with rice for about $4.50 per person. That is about as little as I am able to spend to feed 3 hard working people a good meal.

It is World Mental Health Day. I want to encourage any of us struggling to reach out. I lost my mate Matt to suicide several years ago. He left behind a wife and two kids. The pain never leaves us. 💔
