My dad sent me flowers after my surgery, and my two quality control inspectors are taking their duties very seriously! (Don't worry; I put them out of reach so Skeeter and Molly can't eat them.)
Since it opened in 1904, the Haskell Free Library and Opera House straddled the border of Vermont and Quebec, sharing free library access to visitors from both Derby Line, Vermont, and Stanstead, Quebec. It was purposely built this way to symbolize the friendship between our two countries. (1/3)

This was my best boy Chunk, who I lost in 2024. He never listened and cheerfully did exactly as he pleased, but also greeted me at the door every time I came home and slept next to me every night. Pic is of Chunk crossing the stove to try grabbing his treats on the counter, lol.

Elon Musk is now enriching himself from new govt. contracts while terminating other contracts (to the tune of $1 billion according to Musk himself). SpaceX was awarded a $38.8 million contract from NASA, according to policy analyst Will Stancil, who obtained the info from a federal grant database.
My sweet boy, Chunk. Lost him a year ago, and it broke my heart. I had him for 16 years, ever since he was born.
