Wore my fanny pack out and about last night. I originally got it for playing tennis, but I’ve been wearing it more and more out and about. Less of a strain on my shoulders during biking and so convenient.
I’m so glad I made it out to see Suzanne Jackson’s work at the Walker before it closes.

Stopped by George Floyd Square and all of a sudden was standing next to Keith Ellison. We chatted momentarily and then Tim Walz arrived.
This short story by Chang-rae Lee reminds me of how my frenemy in grade school was allowed by his parents to own these metal star weapons which he one day chased me and my sister with down our block. I’ve never been so scared in my life. Who thought it would be ok for children to have such things?
Having some bubbly and horse radish smoked trout potato salad on this 90 ish year old picnic table.
