I am too autistic to have any idea how much the average person knows about any given subject. I'd either be telling everyone something they already know, or going off on a tangent that nobody will understand due to missing background knowledge I assume is commonplace

Here's my M40A1 Field Protective Mask, manufactured in 1994. Featuring clear outserts, a late model second skin manufactured in 2004, and a C2A1 filter. I threw out the original harness and replaced it with a new, stretchy skullcap harness.

A black gas mask with large, square-like lenses and a green canister type filter on the left cheek, propped up against an olive green bag. It is an M40A1 Field Protective Mask. To its left sits a plush deer.
