There is no "about us" page anywhere on your website, and virtually zero information on the team on your social media. Your competitors, such as VGen, have always been transparent about this, which makes them a lot more trustworthy.

I would appreciate not just a response to my ticket, but a public announcement and changes to your website. Secrecy does not inspire confidence; especially on a platform that doesn't freely give you the option to delete your account, and could deal with potentially thousands of USD worth of transactions.

Exactly what I wanted, this artist delivered my creative vision perfectly and I could not be happier. It was finished in a very short time and they communicated a lot with me beforehand when I had questions about what commissions they offer. Overall, extremely happy and satisfied with the song!! If I ever want another Vocaloid (etc) cover I will definitely come back to Shichiro.
