I’d really love to see the on rails gameplay in a trilogy package. And really spread to its best and most creative, although, I’d be lying if I said I wouldn’t mind the perfect marriage of that and Assault. The franchise is open (I feel) to a lot of great and cool things to do in time!
The score lives again, better than ever. Visually and mechanically, it’s never felt better to be a cuddly animal in a flying death bringer (lol). The only flaw I can scrounge up is enemy damage feedback could’ve been more obvious, there’s nothing wrong with flashing red. Other than that? Lotta love!
Star Fox (2026) benefits from being a remake of one of the better games in the franchise. And in that, it benefits from being memorable and lovingly crafted. Whilst not perfect, as 64 had its flaws, I feel Fox and co. have the best fresh start possible. LETS, FINALLY, MOVE FORWARD!
Not quite sure how this album isn’t being insanely heralded as one of the best comeback/return to form releases of the year. Evanescence hasn’t sounded this solid, or with cunty bite, in a while. It’s snappy, and Incredibly on par with earlier releases. Amy Lee absolutely eats every track on 100%.
