🦋🌺 A little moment of beauty in my garden. This Red Admiral butterfly landed on one of my dahlias and stayed long enough for me to get a photo; the colours together were so striking. A tiny reminder of how lively the garden can be in summer. I love seeing how much wildlife my garden attracts.

The Hercules Trafalgar is finally up. It turns out assembling a greenhouse is less ‘gardening’ and more ‘engineering with emotional stakes’. However, the result makes me smile every time I look at it. Now it stands there, determined, quietly surveying its little empire.

Sharing a quiet moment with my beautiful girl. She has such a gentle soul, and somehow she always knows how to lift my spirits without doing anything at all. Just her being here makes the world feel kinder.

The Clematis, Jasmine and Passiflora are competing to see who can take over the fence first. I’m staying out of it and letting them fight it out. Nature always finds a way to brighten my day.

There’s something magical about rain; everything is washed clean & the whole garden turns a deep, living green. Alliums, proud little purple sentinels, rise above it all as if surveying their kingdom; a single perfect sphere floating above a sea of life.

Blenheim Palace from Above 🏛️ Due to restoration works, we ascended to the rooftop at Blenheim for breathtaking views. Inside, I met Bacchus🍇, smiling with grapes & proud of his rosé legacy. Lunch at the Orangery was lovely, but the wine stole the show🍷. I suspect Bacchus had a hand in the pairing.

Spotted this little visitor nestled on the Passiflora caerulea. Not sure who was more surprised, me or the spider, neither of us expected company! 🕷️🌸👀
