1. "Hey Mom I'm hungry!" 2. "Oooh what do you have there?" 3. "Gimme gimme!" 🪶
Here's my favorite image from this morning. 🪶 Had no idea there were tiny mushrooms there until I got it on the PC 🍄🍄
Imagine if we had to let our kids swallow our faces in order to feed them? 🪶
As I'm paying closer attention, these ones are barn swallows mixed in the group. Here's an actual cliff swallow 😁
The best camera, is the one you have! Today I photoed Cliff Swallows. The AF on my Nikon dslr+Sigma lens combo makes this photography difficult. I think about mirrorless tech that might make it easier. Yet, if you try new things and spend hours to get it right, the 📷 you have is the best one!🪶
I just recently listened to a couple of interviews with different Hollywood movie makers that mentioned eyes. They pay extra attention to eyes. They communicate across all species. Human, animal and imaginary!
Blue-headed Vireo🪶 What I see vs camera- Many lifers I add to the list when back at my PC. So many little birds move fast in tree cover. I take a photo to freeze it and see it later! Half the time I can't look at something long enough to ID it.
Believe it or not, my favorite photos I took this weekend were not of a bird!!!
I've found a respectable number of lifers in the last couple weeks. May birding paying off every year. My first Orchard Oriole 🪶
