We're making the most of them.

We've just had news that Bingley has weeks to live. We rescued him five and a half years ago. He's the best boy and we're struggling to imagine our lives without him.

After spending loads of this week thinking about it, it's time.

Listening to an all timer. This one got me through the lonely days of working during lockdown as the only member of my team at the charity I was working at that wasn't furloughed. My wife was teaching, my daughter was in nursery. It was six hours a day of basically just me and Spanish Love Songs.

Got an absolute belter on today. While I was familiar with hardcore from my dalliance with skate culture, Turnstile gave me a proper introduction, and this album made me love it.

What a strange thing to show up on my timeline. The colours are so similar that at first glance I thought this was a duplicate post.

I finished Wild Dark Shore for my book club yesterday and its probably the best thing I'm going to read all year. Incredibly good read.

Dipping into a classic today

Sorting my daughter's school snacks this morning and these have been shrinkflationed by over a third. They're literally taking food from children's mouths.
