Porting my RTS to Unity 6.3 from 2022 to see if the unacceptably huge overhead of HDRP got reduced in the last half decade. I would reeeealy like to demo this prototype at 60fps on my laptop.
John Blanche has passed away. His imagery has been such a huge inspiration to me for almost my entire life. He will remain unrivalled.
Played some Alpha Strike tonight. Opponent had to take out the VIPs in my convoy. The targets were denoted by shuffled playing cards under the alpha strike cards, so neither of us knew which vehicles they were in until he got in close and scanned them. Made for some explosive action! #battletech
Also, I am never going to shut up about 100 million dollar games giving so little of a crap about accessibility that they ended up implementing colour blind modes that simulated colour blindness.
Obviously it's not going to be painfully bare once printed so here's a quick projection of some concrete. I'm going to need to figure out the scale to be sure the #Battletech hex bases actually fit (or at least balance) on it.
