We’re doing this in Kansas City, too! Years ago we voted on whether or not to subsidize a new baseball stadium. Guess who is getting a new baseball stadium and subsidizing it after the vote failed? The lawmakers approved it, but the thing they signed DOES NOT mention baseball or the stadium.
