Came back from my 10k. Showered and chilled on the couch with my wife. Had my feet in her lap as I took a nap Let me tell you. These two fuckers were PISSED mom’s lap was off limits. 😂😂😂

3 years ago today we said goodbye to my amazing sister Hillary. This morning I decided to take a run at the beach. Listening to some of her favorite music and visiting her memorial rock. Love you Hill. Miss you. Every day.
Greater Los Angeles area vs where the protests are. LA is fine. Don't need the national guard. They're the ones causing all the issues anyway. It's infuriating that people who have no idea about the geography of LA think everybody is hiding in their houses.
