The camper cabins at whitetail woods regional park have exceptionally good vibes. Reservations get snapped up fast. Worth a try. Also very kid friendly hiking within 35 min of St. Paul. Saw two new bird species, played cards, ate chili, mostly avoided the rain.
My 6yo son loves everything pink, rainbows, unicorns. His favorite animal is a mermicon, so I made him one for his Christmas ornament this year. Very happy with how this turned out. He was giddy this morning when he found it on the tree
