SJNOW Indivisible Alice Paul Chapter volunteers collected 40 boxes of toys for distribution to kids being housed in local motels.

Mark your calendars for an "Imprison Citizens Bank Rally" on September 19 at Citizens Bank Park, home of the Philadelphia Phillies. This unique Rally will demand that the Phillies Organization Dump Citizens Bank and Shut Out ICE. More details about this Rally should be forthcoming in late July.

The “Polluters Pay Act” advanced out of the #NJ Assembly Appropriations Committee on Tuesday, setting the bill up for a vote before the full Assembly. The bill is scheduled for a budget committee hearing in the Senate on Wednesday afternoon. Call your legislator to urge them to support passage.

HPAE 5089 and 5094 members have been meeting with NJ legislators since March to discuss the need to fully fund public healthcare services. Now we are joining unions from across New Jersey to rally for affordable healthcare.

NJ AG Jennifer Davenport today filed a lawsuit against The GEO Group, Inc., which operates the Delaney Hall immigration detention center in Newark.

Despite the fact that many of our friends are in a continuous protest mode - both here in South Jersey and up north at the Delaney Hall Concentration Camp, the Ark Road Resistance will have its regular Friday demonstration at 4:30 PM on 5/29 at Ark Rd & Rt 38. Bring a sign, or one will be provided.
Today 5/27: A special rally in solidarity with prisoners at Delaney Hall at Ark Road has been planned for today at 4:30 PM. Please join us at Ark Road & Rt 38 to show support for the detainees, their families, and our elected officials who are pressing for transparency and improved conditions.
