A lot of retired Americans are in Albania taking advantage of low real estate prices and a lenient immigration regime. (We were almost two of those Americans.) if you go south of Vlore you see a lot of construction. Apparently not posh enough for the Jared & powers that be who want yacht owners.

I would enthusiastically come back to Athens. However, ATH is a horrible experience. Standing in line for an hour is no way to welcome people to your city.

My advice for travel: make jet lag work for you. I opened the Agora in Athens today and for about 20 minutes, I had the place to myself.
