I’m a month and a half in at New Job and flying solo for the first time while coworker is out of town for a couple of days. It’s actually going okay but I’m kinda hoping that he checks in at some point so I can send him this gif.

It’s been a good day! @fracturedpuppet.bsky.social and I started the day with donuts, I bought new sneakers for the first time since 2019, we went grocery shopping, I had a nice shower, and now I’m playing Pokémon in my hammock while she grills steaks and sautées mushrooms for dinner. 💜💜💜

Oh gosh, there’s so many. o.o I particularly enjoyed and like rewatching Steven Universe, Star vs the Forces of Evil, Gravity Falls, Venture Bros, and The Owl House. I never really kept up with Samurai Jack during its original run, and have been thinking lately about doing a watch of that sometime.

Sleep disorder! Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome, specifically. My natural sleep cycle is stuck at around 3-10 AM, so I always feel like I’m waking up in the middle of the night to get ready for work, no matter how much sleep I do get. More fun answer: the decade+ of brainwashing I’ve had. ^^

I’d recommend starting with a good resource made by community educators in the community, like Wiseguy’s Mind Play book, or @sleepingirl.info’s learnhypnokink.com. They’re both designed to be accessible and are written with hypnokink in mind! 1/2

A few years ago, while picking me up from the airport, @fracturedpuppet.bsky.social and @misscammiedawn.bsky.social knocked me out into trance with a lavender-scented cloth, took me to Puppet’s house, tied me up, and put a VR headset full of spirals on me. Can’t think of anything I’ve wanted more ^^
